Also known as Wild Chamomile is part of the Compositae plant family. A southern European annual found wild beside roads and fields and is cultivated in gardens. Also known as false sweet chamomile, German chamomile is more upright than Roman chamomile and has a pineapple-like flavor and fragrance. Small white daisies are fragrant, used in brewing tea, making perfumes or hair rinses.
